Zachery Fogg is a Computer Science PhD student at the University of California, Davis, under the mentorship of Dr. Sergey Stavisky and Dr. David Brandman. After earning his BS in Computer Science from the University of Vermont in 2021, where he was advised by Dr. Byung Lee, Zach worked in industry as a software engineer for two years before returning to academia in 2024 to pursue his PhD. His current research focuses on building robust speech neuroprostheses using machine learning approaches.
