Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine join BrainGate consortium
Rice and BCM collaborators are expanding BrainGate’s efforts with a focus on decoding cortical neural signals to control robotic assistive devices to help people with tetraplegia (paralysis of all four limbs) eat and drink independently.
