Alex works as the head clinical neurotechnology research assistant for Massachusetts General Hospital. Alex works to collect data for other researchers’ projects and leads a project on understanding how neural signals change over time, and how this differs between participants with different neurological conditions.

Alex earned a B.A. with majors in Neuroscience and Linguistics from Boston University in 2022. He worked for two years at the Speech Neuroscience Lab at Boston University, which involved computational modelling of feedforward and feedback speech motor control. Alex wishes to spend his career developing precise, personalized assistive communication technology for those who struggle to speak.
