Hamza graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2023 with a BA in Cognitive Systems in the Cognition and Brain stream. In previous roles, Hamza gained experience in EEG preprocessing pipelines in both a lab and industry setting. He has also worked in UX research and hopes to apply these skills in my current role. Hamza joined the UC Davis Neuroprosthetics Lab in November 2023 and is working on integrating the group’s speech BCI system to standard consumer operating systems and software.
