Dr. Miller’s research focuses on the development and testing of several novel neural interface technologies to help people with neurologic disorders. He is a Clinical Investigator in the BrainGate study as well as the Implanting Surgeon at University Hospitals Case Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
Dr. Miller received his B.S. from Yale University in 1998 and his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 2002, where he also completed neurosurgery residency. He completed a fellowship in Functional and Stereotactic Neurosurgery at Oregon Health Science University in 2007.
