Yahia Ali

Yahia is currently a Biomedical Engineering Ph.D. student at Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Emory University and Georgia Tech. His research focuses on real-time dynamical systems modeling for building robust, high-performance brain-computer interfaces. His academic advisor is Dr. Chethan Pandarinath.

Yahia received his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech in 2019. His undergraduate research focused on developing a distributed rodent training system for motor control studies. His senior capstone focused on designing fetal heart monitor technology for hospitals in low-resource areas.
